A day in the field
A recruitment film for Clean Energy Center, Workforce Development. We followed a certified weatherization technician through a day in the field.
He's a graduate of the program. We followed him to two homes, each needing a different kind of weatherization work.
The whole film is in Spanish. A Spanish-speaking director ran the interview, and every cut is translated and captioned. We shot stills on the same visit.
Prospective students see where the program can take them on a real job.
