Privacy Policy

This page explains what information DMK Media Group collects through www.dmk.media, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. DMK Media Group is the trade name of DMK Media LLC, based in Montoursville, Pennsylvania.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we get what you type in: your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and your message.

When you browse the site, the services that run it receive basic technical information your browser sends with every request, like your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. We don't use that information to identify you.

What we don't do

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you sent us a message.

How we use your information

We use what you send through the form to reply to you, talk through your project, and keep a record of the conversation. That's it.

Who else handles it

A few companies help run the site. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job:

• Webflow hosts the site and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare protects the site from abuse and checks that form submissions come from a real person.
• Google serves the fonts and one of the code libraries the site uses.
• Behold displays our Instagram posts on the site. Vimeo plays our videos when you press a Watch button, loaded through Embedly, the video service Webflow uses.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, from Cloudflare, used for security. It doesn't track you across other websites. If you play a video, Vimeo may set its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and the emails that follow for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email dennis@dmkmediagroup.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
